June keyword searches

It's been a few weeks, so here's the latest keyword searches (mostly from Google) with my commentary:
  • gary kopperman [717-691-8881. Gary came by on Sunday to measure for ceiling drapes, and it was 120 degrees upstairs. Now you know why Dawn needs ceiling drapes.]
  • speedwell forge b&b [I think this was me.]
  • speedwell lake wolf sanctuary [See http://www.wolfsancpa.org. By the way, they have new pups, so now is an excellent time to visit!]
  • pennsylvania mansion floorplan [huh?]
  • barry stover architect [215-723-0739. Tell him we sent you.]
  • gary geiselman [717-854-4062. Maybe I should set up a directory.]
  • tupelhocken manor [It's actually "tulpehocken" -- I misspelled it in my blog.]
  • tax advice bed breakfast [Don't worry, you won't have enough money left to tax.]
  • dumpster removal for lancaster, ma [First septic, now dumpsters. What next, toxic waste?]
  • floor sander rental mechanicsburg [see Gary Kopperman. He'll do a much better job than you will.]
  • speedwell forge lake [Quick trivia: When Dawn's grandparents bought the homestead in 1941, it included all of the land that is now Speedwell Forge Lake.]
  • dawn darlington [Hey, how come Dawn gets a stalker and I don't?!]
  • peter grubb\iron master [See Mount Hope, site of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire.]
  • sandrine lacorie [Our webmaster extraordinaire -- or is that webmistress?]
  • post holes filled with water [If you're doing a perc and probe, that's a Very Bad Thing.]
  • charming forge [Check with the Lebanon Historic Society to see if there are any tours planned.]
  • lancaster county historic bed and breakfast [Now that's what I'm talking about! We're #14 on the list.]
  • speedwell forge lake pennsylvania lititz real estate [Quiet neighbors only, please.]
  • speedwell forge bed and breakfast pa blog [Someone was actually looking for my blog? How surreal.]
  • 5000 square foot mansion victorian [We're colonial, google, not Victorian!!]
  • lancaster anne coleman speedwell forge mansion [Call me: 717-701-2638. Anytime after 8am Pacific time.]]

Two other interesting stats: - On May 25, our web site had 171 visitors. I have no idea what was going on that day; our average is less than 10/day. - 35% of visitors stay more than five minutes, with 17% staying more than an hour. That is pretty impressive--too bad we're not selling anything. (Yet!)

Here is our working picture for color selection. The shutters will be a shade darker. (Please ignore the turnaround -- just an idea we've been playing with, but aren't implementing.)

I was at the mansion/wolf sanctuary on Saturday and it is beautiful! (and you're right, the wolf pups are adorable!) You have a lovely property and the entire place will be spectacular when you are finished. There are not many people can look at a building and see potential but I think it has character and will be amazing! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks, Sarah. I'm one of those people who can't see potential, only cost. :-)
