Google map

Nothing indicates why you should stay at Speedwell Forge better than a satellite map of the area. The red circle is one of the few remaining large tracts of nature in Lancaster, and we're right in the center.

Yet it's only a 10 minute drive to the historic towns of Lititz, Manheim, Ephrata, and the rest of Pennsylvania Dutch Country.

And did I mention the mansion was built in 1760? That we've just completely restored it? That most rooms have fireplaces and whirlpool baths? That we have two private cottages with kitchenettes?

And don't forget the three-course breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, and home made desserts in the evening! Plus the parlor and library for relaxing and playing games, the pool table, the wireless Internet, the free local calls...

Come on, why wouldn't you stay here?
